I feel like a moron for explaining this, because this is prolly the simplest way to enjoy Lush Yummy nut butter, except if you stick a spoon, your finger or your tongue into the jar.
It’s cutting up an apple and sticking the slices of apple into the jar.
It tastes superb, by the way.
